About this site

Overview, features and application details

RSBSA Finder is the Department of Agriculture's online checker for the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture. Farmers, farmworkers and fisherfolk use it to confirm whether they are already registered in the RSBSA.

The RSBSA Finder at finder-rsbsa.da.gov.ph is the Department of Agriculture's public checker for the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture — the RSBSA. If you farm, work on a farm, or fish for a living in the Philippines, this is where you confirm whether your name is already on the registry.

What the RSBSA is

The RSBSA is the DA's master registry of the basic sectors in agriculture: farmers, farmworkers and fisherfolk. The DA and local governments use it as the reference list for agriculture programmes, so being registered is often the first requirement before you can receive farm inputs, subsidies or other DA support. Your Municipal Agriculture Office keeps the local list, and the Finder lets you check your own status online instead of queuing at the office.

How to check your status

Open finder-rsbsa.da.gov.ph and enter the details the checker asks for, exactly as they appear on your registration. The result tells you whether a record matches. If nothing comes up, it usually means one of three things: you are not registered yet, your name was encoded differently (a middle name or spelling difference is enough), or your record is still being processed by your local agriculture office.

Not registered yet?

Registration itself is not done on the Finder page. You register through your Municipal Agriculture Office or during DA and barangay registration drives in your area. Bring a valid ID and be ready with details about your farm, crops or fishing activity. After registering, give the record time to be encoded before you check again on the Finder.

Fixing a wrong record

Corrections also run through your Municipal Agriculture Officer. The DA's own FOI answers send people back to the MAO for list updates, and the RSBSA National Program Management Office in Diliman, Quezon City handles programme-level concerns. Do not pay anyone to list you — registration is free, and fixers cannot change DA records.
